And we're going to go, we are going to at least 20 different states, maybe as may as 22 different states.

And we are in San Francisco for, I think, what, another

day and a half or so. And today we're going to peer. 39, I think it is. And we're going to take Zoe to

a, where are we taking Zoe? And the aquarium and the pier, fishermen's wharf. Maybe we'll see some sea lions

hanging out. We'll see how it goes. And this is, of course, real estate coaching radio.

And yes, we normally do drill down on real estate topics that are designed to educate you,
