And we want to share with you before we get to our real estate information, as we are famous for doing on this podcast, sharing with you guys a story that we heard last night or a noise rather that

we heard last night that we are quite certain was some sort of monster that was coming up from

the islands in the water around Alcatraz and around the Golden Gate Bridge. So Julie, can you

describe that monster sound? Yes. Well, most of you can imagine a foghorn, you know, ba, or something like that.

But imagine if you kept hearing different versions of that over and over and started to, first of all,

from a musician standpoint, it's like perfectly tuned. Was it really? Crazy, you know. I read a lot of

articles about this after we got some curiosity on it

because there were other tones and somebody wrote that it sounded like an ocean symphony.

Yeah.

And I thought that was really interesting.

So I looked this stuff up.

You're getting to the analytical part.

Of course.

The gist of it was, as we write, the gist of it was as we started hearing these foghorns.

I mean, they don't sound like foghorns when the fog is really dense.
