I recording this after the first game 7 of the evening, Celtics and Bucks, a disappointment in the end,

Danny that it wasn't closer didn't give us a fitting dramatic conclusion to this series.

I think in the end though, this was a just result.

It didn't feel like this is what was coming after game 5 and the Celtics looked like they were going to

take control of the series instead they blew that fourth quarter lead as the Bucks went 6 for 6 from 3

and Boston did I believe did not attempt a single 3 if not they didn't make one.

And then we got the next game at TD Garden was an incredible reversal of fortune.

Kevin Pelton had this stat.

This ties game 6 of the OKC Golden State Warriors Western Conference Finals for the largest

difference in made 3 pointers in NBA history.

Boston sets an NBA game 7 record with 22 made 3s and Milwaukee has the fifth worst 3 point

shooting performance of a team that attempted 25 or more.

Yeah, the second team in NBA playoff history to attempt at least 33s and not make at least 5 of them.

Pelton had that as well. Utah going 3-30 against Dallas in game 5 this year was the other such game.

So a historically bad 3 point shooting night for the Bucks.

Celtics had a very good one although that's in large part due to at least in the first half

the Bucks strategy and by the fourth quarter the Bucks just being completely exhausted in addition to their strategy.

But when I say it's a just result just over the course of the series I thought that Boston was

largely the better team and I credit Milwaukee for getting this far like they had that incredible

comeback in game 5. Game 1 they just basically I don't know if I want to say surprise the Celtics

but just the Lopez Yanis at the rim it just got to be something that they really struggled to deal

with and it took them a while to get used to that being a factor in the series.
