We are here on a blue Friday, and I got to tell you, the amount of people sending out messages about their Spotify

wrapped and YouTube wrapped and how many friggin episodes of this show they've watched is

truly amazing. It's very humbling and I think I told E.J. Snyder yesterday someone watched

602 of our videos in the last year. That is,

that is astounding. And I'm pretty sure within those 602, some of their favorites involved

our guests today. Mike Sando of the Athletic. Mike, man, it is always great to have you. How are you

doing today? Pretty good. Pretty good. I haven't watched 602 of them this, you know, in a year, but that's impressive. You got a great thing going, you know, really, I don't want to say proud of you because that sounds condescending. Like, you know, like I had some major role, but I think I would say it's really cool to see just what you're doing and the passion you bring to it while yes you're a fan

but you're also very analytically inclined and you want the truth like that that's a difference

you know between a lot of people that that maybe have an account or have some opinions like

you would like to know what the opinion you want to know the facts whether they're

they support your fandom or not right so that's that's a, that's a great thing you got going.

You know what? I will take you being proud. It does mean a lot to me. And as someone who I've

considered a mentor all along the way and someone who I've just, I mean, we've talked about this

a bunch of times, but you doing Seahawks Insider blog, you kind of

were the OG of all of this kind of analysis. And when you moved on, that was why I started

because honestly, there was this vacuum, this void of like true in-depth. Is that when you started?

Is that it? 2007 is when I started the blog. And that was the year you went to ESP... Wow. I said, I hadn't thought of that. That's a pretty good connection. Yeah, no, for sure. For sure. Like, I just, I was hungry for it. And you were the only person that I felt like looked at the game in a way that was similar to what I was looking for, which is, you know, the numbers can be really helpful because they are unemotional.

And you would just kind of say, okay, I have this question. And you'd put up analysis that would give us some interesting information.
