is we have the awesome Mike Rowe with us here today. Mike is living out his

maxim that hard work and fun are two sides of the same coin. You might know him as host of

dirty jobs on the Discovery Channel or from the show, somebody's got to do it, or from the

deadliest catch, or from his smash hit podcast, The Way I Heard It, or perhaps from his appearance on Sesame

Street, where he declared that Oscar does indeed have the dirtiest job. He's also the best-selling

author of the book, The Way I Heard It, same title as his podcast. And we'll talk more about that

book in detail later, because I am obsessed with it. It's full of life wisdom, and it takes these, oh, it's dog-eared and underlined and you must sign it for me later, please, when we're, when we're good and drunk. Okay. But it takes these incredible mind-blowing pieces of history and it's so well-written because each one ends in this twist that you don't see coming that sort of unveils at the end. I lost track of the number

of times. I went into the next room to find my wife to say, honey, you won't believe this. But he's

an incredible talent. I'm thrilled he's here with us today. Mike, welcome. Thanks, Doug. Very kind of you.
