Appreciate everybody being here. Excited to be at Report Day. I already started meetings here this morning with the players.

You know, really proud of the work that they've put in throughout the course of the summer.

I think it's been a very productive summer, one that we've tried to utilize the time that we could spend together.

You know, they're on the field, you know, being able to, you know, maximize the time in the meeting

room as well.

You're really, really working to build the cohesiveness within this group, you know, and

that's, you know, one of the big focus as we get into this fall camp is, you know, really work to establish, you know, each side of the

ball, you know, it can be a lot of competition, you know, guys that have done a great job and

continuing to grow and develop in their time, you know, here Florida State, whether it's, you know,

you know, been, you know, seven, eight months or whether it's been, you know, five or six years.

And, you know, but for this team to come together and to be able to put their stamp on,

on this 2025 season, you know, a ton of energy, excitement, you know, I've talked a lot.

And, you know, a week ago there at ACC Media Days about the edge that we've you know

been looking for and really demanding you on a daily basis and what we're what

we're doing and what we want it to look like because there is one shot there's one

opportunity and you know it's going to take everybody in our program to go and

and you know push pull whatever the task is that's in front of you, whatever it takes, to go and win.

And to win in all things that we're doing and to continue to push this program and to get this program back to what I expect it to be, what it deserves to be,

and, you know, what better way than to be able to kick off here in Doe Campbell Stadium at full capacity here on August 30th.

There's a lot of excitement, you know, within all things in our program for what's here ahead.

But, you know, we've got 25 practices.
