I'm Elvis Mitchell.

I guess this year Hellboy is legal. He's 21 years old.

Yes.

The first Hellboy book, Seed Destruction, was 1994, right?

Right.

1994, gosh. And I met its creator and primary artist Mike Minnjola in 2001 at the Lake Placid Film Festival.

I remember it well.

Hellboys lived on in film, on television.

He's now in this continuing series, Hellboy in Hell.

The newest edition is The Descent.

He's also got a book that he's authored with the character he's used before with Hellboy, Frankenstein. The book is Frankenstein Underground. Mike Miniole is here. Mike is such a pleasure to have you. Thanks. Let's talk

about the key operative for the BPR DeJau. It's interesting because in your drawing of him in the early

days, he was almost, he was much more classically heroic.

And the last few years, he's become a bit more demonic.

I mean, the face has become longer and a bit more gaunt.
