Wednesday edition of Pro Football Talk Live, June 4. We are just nine days away from the start of our

hiatus. We are still not sure how long the hiatus will last. At the latest, we'll be back on July 28.

That is the week in which we will end up in Canton. I don't even know what we would talk about on July 21st. Like, hey, this team

stretched today. And the one other team that's out is stretching too. Let's talk for two hours.

You underestimate the ability of us to talk for two hours about anything and everything. I know.

It doesn't mean we just need to tell us to shut up.

Well, but as I've told you, I'll do PFTPM every weekday that I can of the hiatus,

and I'll find stuff to talk about.

There will be stuff to talk about.

And if nothing else, we'll just answer questions or, you know, we can come up with content

that would be compelling, but I'll defer to whatever the powers that be decide because I don't plan on taking time off anyway.

I've been trying to get my wife to plan like a little trip to go away for a few days.

But I, if anything, am busier during the hiatus because the slow time for the NFL is where I pack in all

the stuff I don't have time to do from the opening of training camp until the draft.

Like, and every year because I, well, I'll get to that next year.

This is the year where I'm trying to get to like a bunch of stuff where I've been saying,

oh, I'll get to that next year. So I'm going to be busier from when we're done to when we're back

than when we're back. So I'm fine either way. Whenever they want to start up again, I'll be fine.

All right. When we start up again, the Seahawks at some point will go to training camp.

And the contract makes it clear that Sam Darnold is QB1. He's getting 37 and a half million this year.
