This is an interesting one.

Okay, because Mike Francesca, he is a lightning rod in the New York sports media world.

You dealt with him at both as a friend and someone who covered you your entire career in New York.

Really fun.

It's a I can get why I'm not a native New Yorker, but I can understand why people are drawn to Mike Francesca because he has that type of personality.

He has that kind of draw that you just you just have to listen to what he says.

And it was a fantastic like sitting there and listening to what he says.

I mean, he's a giant and he's an avalanche and one of the things you learn coming into New York is just a hey, make sure the mic likes you.

Ooh, and and that word goes for any sport.

I say that he's been probably the most powerful media guy.

Not probably I think that is my opinion that over the last 30 years, no one's had more power in the media than Mike Francesca.

He has the ultimate ear of the New York fan and there's a trust there.

He never sugarcoats it and he has this compelling voice that comes from up top.

In the accent and what was really interesting to me and I like I said, I don't I I didn't like grow up listening to Mike Francesca, but I now living in New York for last two years.

I kind of understand the law.

He talked about having an ego, not as a bad thing, but as a good thing and basically saying, listen, if you're at the top, you can't listen to the haters.

...
