excited to discuss. In fact, there's just times when I'm working on books, you know, we book a month out in advance, and so I pick up the next book, and I'm like, oh, wow, this is such a now word and a now topic. And I really believe not only for me,

but I think it's going to be for you as well. And my guest today says many of us, too many of us,

are so busy driving towards the next win that we don't really make time to process how one season of life may have affected us.

And when you think of what we've all walked through in the last 20 years, last two years, especially,

we've been impacted. There have been losses and disappointments and hurts.

And you know, if you listen to often, I'm all about inner healing and soul processing

because I really believe we have a world that's hurting so desperately,

and we can't impart what we don't possess.

And one of the premises of this book is that we need conclusions so that we can have new

beginnings, not just one continuation after another, that we need to stop and go,
