Last month, the American College of Nurse Midwives held its Midwifery Works conference.

For the first time in six years, the American Association of Pro Life Obstetricians and

Gynecologists were not there.

Why?

Well, because they were disinvited by conference organizers just a month before it.

The decision by conference officials to ban Pro Life OBGYN have come amid threats to

de-certify those who spread so-called abortion misinformation.

In other words, anyone who rejects the idea that elective abortions are part of reproductive

healthcare for women should not, they say, serve as a midwife.

According to Aplog CEO Donna Harrison, three national studies have revealed that somewhere

between 75 and 93% of OBGYNs do not perform abortions in their practices.

So, despite the fact that the vast majority of OBGYNs do not perform abortions, the message

from the American College of Nurse Midwives is either embrace the culture of death or

choose another career.
