0:46.0	So here's what's happening.
0:47.0	In Wisconsin and Michigan back in 2010, not only in those states,
0:52.0	but those are two states that in 2010, Republicans swept into power.
0:56.0	They swept statewide offices.
0:57.0	They swept state legislative offices.
0:59.0	And then they, because of the 2010 census, got to redraw their electoral districts.
1:05.0	And they held on in 2014 when Republicans did very well.
1:10.0	But here in 2018, the payment has come due.
1:14.0	And Democrats swept statewide offices in both Michigan and Wisconsin.
1:19.0	So I don't know, that's American political system operating as it's supposed to.
