When you have a customer with an old home that wants to meet with you or they're pricing

something with different contractors, don't be afraid to offer them an option that's

a slight upgrade that I truly feel is the better decision in the long run.

This is their forever home.

This is where they're raising their family.

Let's spend a little bit of extra money and do this all right.

So it's something that I can be proud of.

It's something that I can stand behind and at the end of the day, I know you're going

to be much happier with this decision down the road.
