Good Wednesday morning. Welcome to Squawk on the Street. I'm Carl Kington, Ian with Jim Kramer,

David Faber, post-9 of the New York Stock Exchange. Futures are red. Markets remain on edge,

on alert as to how Israel will respond to our Tuesday's missile attack from Iran.

Port strike is in day two. ADP, stronger

than expected, best print since June. Our roadmap begins with these mid-east fears, though,

geopolitical risks and the flight to safety. Traders bracing for some early October losses to

continue with the open. Plus, Nike shares are sliding in the pre-market, the athletic gear giant,

pulling its full year guidance, that ahead of, of course, that big CEO change just a couple of weeks

away. We're also keeping you in eye on shares of Humana. They are down sharply. It all has to do

with how many stars they're getting for their Medicare plans, a lot fewer big slump there in potential

revenues as a result. Let's begin with futures falling oil extending its gains in the wake of

these mid-east tensions. WTI, Jim, pressing on 72 almost this morning. Yeah, it's so strange

because the Saudis came out, basically said, listen, go to 50.

It's almost as if the Saudis, no friends of Iran, are saying it doesn't really matter what

happens. There's a glide. Now, the Saudis may be looking at the fact that Iran's pumping

$4 million a day under President Trump. Thank you, Jeff Sondef Sondefl for this. They were pumping

you want to do against Iran. You're kind of, you're not sure. Right. Well, because I'm not,
