Jim Kramer here to share with you a sample of my take on the market from today's

CMEC Investing Club warning meeting.

0:08.7

We've got interest rates falling today and why is that it's called a flight to safety.

0:14.7

This is because the possibility of Iran launching ballistic missiles.

0:18.2

Now, let's go back to April. We did see a number of ballistic missiles

launched. Obviously, the impact was not great, but you can see that this is now what's moving

0:29.0

stocks, because before this, I think we're okay, but you did point out that the beginning of the

0:33.3

month has been a bit of a tough time. Yeah, we were a little bit lower before that news broke. But yeah,

0:39.1

I mean, today follows what we saw at the end of August, at the end of September, or excuse me,

0:46.9

the beginning of the months of August and September, where we had weakness, right, beginning of

0:51.5

August, you had the Yen-carry trade blow up. September, there was weakness around the jobs report, jobs report this Friday. So a little bit of selling related, similar to that. Yesterday we were debating this in the home stretch. Kota, you know, three and a half yield.

1:29.3

You know why? You should buy Kota. I think we should buy Kota. I think we should buy Kota. I'm going to be very clear about this. Three and a half percent yield, natural gas comes back. Yeah. This is not an expensive stock. We have, we could buy some here. here if there is something terrible happens in Middle East this thing

1:45.0

really goes to spikes.

1:46.0

And otherwise, natural gas is up because of the demand from data centers as we see from G for Nova.

1:52.0

Yeah, natural gas at its highest levels yesterday.

1:54.0

I think you have to go back to June and yet the stock down about 10% or so from June.

2:00.0

But we've been very, you know, I would say cautious around energy the last few months.

2:05.6

Right.

2:06.6

But we've been no energy.

2:07.6

That's why I think this represents great value.

2:09.6

Yeah.

2:10.6

Well, it comes back to a price, right?
