So first and foremost, I just want to say happy summer solstice. I can't believe that it's officially summertime and we are halfway into 2024. But in honor of that today, I wanted to do kind of like a mid-year life reset episode, a little motivational chit-chat for those of us who need a little pick me up because I know at the beginning

of the year so many of us are so motivated and inspired and we feel like this is the year that our

lives are going to change. We're going to reach our goals. And then as time goes on, as the months go by,

we start to lose that new year motivation momentum. So I kind of want to recharge our batteries and get us excited
