Well, well, if we aren't at the midway of the year mark already in 2023.

What? I know. I think we say this every year. For me personally,

2023 has been exceptionally rapid. I feel like, aren't we just two weeks in?

And here we are, reaching a halfway mark of this year.

I want to share with you an exercise that we did in Self-Cocaching Society recently,

so if you're in Self-Cocaching Society,

you'll know these questions. But we did a mid-year check in to

refresh our focus and the questions were so helpful I wanted to do an episode with them. So you can also get the benefit of these

questions. You can just pause me if you need to or jot them down, maybe even take

this episode into a time in your day today when you've got

maybe 20 or 30 minutes to reflect, perhaps even journal a little bit as you allow me to be your life coach today as we do a mid-year review

together today. So what do I love to do around this time of year?

I like to see how on track I am by asking myself some really simple yet powerful questions. And then I have a bonus item here too.
