All right. Well, for today's prophecy update, I'm going to address some of the prophetically

significant developments that took place in just the last week. Sadly though, they largely went unnoticed by virtue of the wall-to-wall coverage of the

presidential election, especially with the Iowa caucuses tomorrow.

I don't want to be dismissive of the elections importance, but my problem is that when it becomes

so important that it eclipses everything else that is happening in the world and there is

much that is happening in the world today and it has, I believe, severe prophetic implications.

What follows in no particular order are several events that took place last week and that

I believe have prophetic significance.

We'll begin with Iran's president, Rohani, who had a private audience with the Pope

at the Vatican.

This to me has enormous implications, especially in light of the Times of Israel, reporting

that Rohani had asked the Pope to pray for him

after private talks at the Vatican during this his first visit to Rome.

Now why is this significant? Well, I believe this has significance because during the tribulation, the Antichrist will rule over

a one-world government, a one-world economy, and perhaps even more importantly, a one-world

religion.

For the President of Iran to go to the Vatican and this is a Shiite Muslim asking for

prayer from the Catholic Pope. This has, I believe, far-reaching ramifications.

I suppose it should come as no surprise that the now legitimized Iranian

regime would flex their satanic muscles, if I can say it that way, concerning the Holocaust

on the heels of Wednesday's International Holocaust Remembrance Day.

The Jerusalem Post reported that Iran's supreme leader on Wednesday once again repeated
