As I sought the Lord concerning what he would have me to talk about for today's prophecy update,

he impressed upon my heart just how serious that which is taking place in the world today is, the seriousness of what is happening geopolitically,

specifically concerning Israel.

And I'll add to that as well, the United States.

And this, in the sense that it really doesn't seem that things can continue on in their

present state. To me it does seem like something has to give and sooner rather than later.

I don't usually do this but I brought a little prop with me today, and it's a rubber band. And so by way of an illustration, I want to show you this rubber band. You can only stress and stretch that rubber band so far before it's just a matter of time that it snaps.

And that's what I see the condition of the world in today.

It's just a matter of time before it's going to, it cannot continue.

You cannot, even leaving it where it's at, you know,

eventually it's going to snap and come apart and be destroyed, I guess you could say.

I want to begin with this Jerusalem Post article about Jared Kushner's meeting with Benjamin Netanyahu.

According to the Post, it seems like there's different sides to this, but President Trump's son-in-law and top advisor said Thursday in Tel Aviv at a, at the top of a meeting with

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that the U.S. Israel relationship is, quote, stronger

than ever. Now, what's interesting to me is I didn't sense that that was reciprocated

on Netanyahu's part because of his response, which was that

he, quote, has a lot of things to talk about, including how to advance peace, stability,

security, and prosperity in the region. Very interesting. By the way, this is probably as good of a time as any to address

what some suggest is a connection between Kushner's visit and Hurricane Harvey.

Now, I want to be careful here because I, in no way, want to be dismissive of this.

And I have, in the past, devoted a prophecy update to connecting the dots with catastrophic events in the United States, particularly

when George W. Bush was president. And whenever they would pressure Israel, something horrific
