Before we get to today's prophecy update, I think it's incumbent upon me to offer a clarification

concerning my interview with Jan Markell on her recent national radio broadcast.

It seems that my mention of 2nd Thessalonians 2.3 being translated as departure instead of apostasy

or rebellion has set off quite a firestorm. Jan has been in contact with me and we've talked back and forth about this.

And in retrospect, had I known that this would happen, I would have absolutely never addressed

or introduced Second Thessalonians 2.3 into the discussion. Actually, it was not

really necessary that I do. And the reason is, is that the scriptures are replete with many

passages concerning the pre-trib rapture, and 2.

Thessalonians 2-3 doesn't have to be translated departure for it to be a pre-trib

rapture proof text.

And by the way, all of the people that voiced their concerns to Jan were not believers in the pre-tribulation rapture.

And that's really the reason why I want to clarify this.

Those who are not pre-trib believers voice their concerns with having a guest like myself

on Jan's broadcast. First, while it certainly can be argued, and I will cede that, that

the translation of 2nd Thessalonians 2-2-3 could be that of an apostasy. I personally still

hold to the belief that it means departure. It was actually in a prophecy update quite

a while back when we looked very closely in depth at the reasons why 2.

And one of them, by the way, and I'll just mention it is verse 7.

It's because he reiterates what he says in verse 7.
