Welcome back to Jillian on Love. Today I'm talking about micro cheating, which is something that I'm seeing everywhere. And I want to address it because I think it's an important thing and I think it's an important thing to, it's just an important conversation for us to have. What constitutes as cheating in a relationship or as microcheating would suggest what is something that's just maybe isn't actually infidelity, but just bordering on that line where it's inappropriate.

And the truth is in today's world with social media,

it's a really important conversation to have. There's a lot of distraction out there and never

has it been easier for us to interact with different people?

And it begs the question, where is the line?

Where do we draw the line between something that's just like innocent, normal behavior,

and something that's inappropriate if you are in a relationship?

And I remember getting really amazing advice many years ago from someone.

And this person said to me,

anything you say or do with another person,

if you wouldn't do it with your partner sitting right there, then chances are you are engaging in an act that is in some way threatening to your relationship.

And here's the thing, we're all human beings.

And so we are going to be attracted to other people.

But how much are we going to actually allow that kind of energy into our life and into our
