I'm your host, Zach Shaw. Steve Lorenz here with me. Lots to talk about in this episode. We'll try to work quickly through all of our topics. We will be discussing Michigan's Big Ten championship victory and kind of the main takeaways, what it means.

Obviously, we'll talk about what's next too in that they made the college football

playoff.

We'll take a peek at the field as well as early peak at the matchup against Georgia.

They'll be, we'll probably end up doing two podcasts previewing Georgia specifically

and kind of our impressions

this one will switch to basketball on occasion but but you know for as long as the football

team is the the main topic of discussion we'll be discussing football which is what we'll do

right now steve a huge huge huge victory for the Wolverines on

Saturday. They beat Iowa, 42 to 3, really the first team to blow out Iowa in any capacity

since the 2015 Rose Bowl, you know, when they played Stanford.

And if you look throughout their history, they're not quite at Wisconsin's level,

but they're in a similar state where they just, they really don't get blown out.

It was, it was the first time in 34 games that Iowa had given up more than 27 points in a game.

And it was the first time since that Rose Bowl, they'd given up more than 41 points in a game. And it was the first time since that Rosebolt,

they'd given up more than 41 points in a game.

Very much a demolition.
