I'm your host, retired NYPD Sergeant Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.

So the investigation into the alleged Michigan terror plot continues as two of the defendants

appear in court today.

And as we recall in the very beginning of this investigation, many people were acting as this,

this was not true, that this was something that the FBI just invented to make themselves

look good. However, what we know now is that this was a real, real planning of a terrorist attack

where things were being done to further this attack, to plan this attack, to recon this attack.

And you see the defendant here with a weapon.

They had AR-15 style rifles, thousands of rounds of ammunition. And I think as a former law enforcement,

as a retired law enforcement, that we have to take all of these plots seriously.

As we could see, the Rowan student arrested

the student from New Jersey, who the FBI already had a file on.

This is usually the case when these would-be terrorists, young, and we're disarmed by the fact that some of

them were teenagers and young men, young college students, that doesn't mean they can't do

horrific damage. And that doesn't mean they can't be radicalized. That absolutely is all part of

this. And they're radicalized

on the internet. And when we see this picture here, one of the defendants with that high-powered

rifle, we think, and all of those magazines, what were they planning? Absolutely horrific. And they were radicalized by ISIS. And when the

attorneys six days ago, seven days ago when this was going down, they were basically saying,

oh, this is a made-up plot by the FBI. Now they're being a little more silent. Now they're being,

they need time to read the 73 pages of this indictment, of the legal documents against their clients. So all of a sudden,
