Welcome to Michigan Hockeycast 8.25, where we're going to find, which is why everyone is tuning in for this episode, or at least some people are, because I want to know what we thought of all the players and coaching and different segments of Michigan hockey this year, for our opener, we're going to talk about NHL playoff series.

And I thought the best way to do this since there are eight of them is I think we did a draft a few years ago and like drafted different series of maybe bidding or on who was going to win what series, but whatever.

But I thought we would rank them by intrigue because there are a few teams and matchups that I think are widely sought after or, you know, make sort of appointment viewing.

And I made my list, and I figured that you would have yours, and we could start from the bottom,

and then kind of discuss and see what we thought of them and can just touch on them that way.

It's an interesting way to preview.

And we generally get a few comments about people liking us talking NHL, and especially after the college hockey season has ended.

So do you have a, do you have your list of order of NHL series?

This is of interest from...

Just like a draw to you or something that you would be like, I want to see what happens in that.

Or, you know, this is interesting. I don't know who's going to win this one.

Or, you know, there's a player or a team or something that like like, kind of is... And we're starting from... Not, not like, teams that you, like, want to... Like, obviously, the abs are in the playoffs, and so, like, that's going to be the one I pay the most attention to. Sure. But that's because they're my favorite team, not because I think that they're playing the kids is the most most interesting. So we're doing least interesting to most interesting.

Yeah.

I mean, least interesting is obviously the Ab's King series.

Well, I didn't have it as eight.

And that's why there is debate.

No, I mean, it, like, it should not be a competitive series.

The Kings are an atrocious watch.

Okay, but, like, you're kind of stepping on the whole thing here. I'm, there, there are some things to that series that do make it interesting. Okay, go ahead. So, should we start at number eight? Okay. All right, so do you want me to go first while you're preparing your list or shall we? No, I mean, so we're you pick, then I pick?

Well, we'll just say who we had on our list at eight and then we can debate them.

So eight for me is Ottawa, Carolina.

See, that one's much higher for me.
