The Welcome to Michigan Hockey Cast 6.7 where some things just never seem to change. Oh, All right Alex, one of the things that we've complained about or discussed

negatively numbers of times on these hockey casts have been time conflicts

with when the hockey games are and what they are overlapping.

And one of those things that has been true and looks like it will continue to be true going forward is something that we may actually have to discuss because I don't know if you've watched the basketball team at all but were we wrong about our summer worries or is this just false hope?

I never said anything on the record really so I wasn't wrong.

You've said plenty off the record that I will not directly quote you but you are not hanging me out to dry here.

They looked exciting. Like did you expect this? No, not at all. Did you

like did they all just go to shooting camp for like two months?

The reason for hope this season was all the players get a lot better.

And so far that looks well they bring in a couple transfers that

are playing nicely yeah Kamois hasn't gotten a lot better he was just already

good he's just a nice player but like Normari Brunette last night was about as good he's

he's just a nice player but like Normari Burnett last night was about as good he said he ever

been I mean that was like Stauskis S career high in the first half yeah so I mean and the

best part was he didn't really do anything in the second half and Michigan didn't stop scoring.

He also didn't do a ton in the first two games.

He hit a couple open threes and that was it.

He wasn't doing a lot in the way of on-ball creation the first two games and then third game,

first half he was really active so

it's nice to see that you can have you know some guys on one night other guys on the

other night and you have enough contributors to to win some games I'm not sure how good St. Johns is but at the end of the day
