big days.

Do you want to talk some NHL trade deadline?

Uh, sure.

That was pretty fast.

Are you anticipating that one? I could kind of guess it. Yeah. Well, it felt like there were multiple deadlines. One, two months ago, when all of a sudden big deals started going, then in the middle of the week it seemed like everybody

started loading up before the actual deadline and then there were some big trades at the deadline but I don't think

like the Friday was as big a day as it was anticipated to be

as it usually happens the deadline day is for the sickos that are interested in like the niche players.

The AHL trades?

Not necessarily AHL, but just like, oh wow, Andrew Peek for a third round pick.

Jack Rosalovic, it's got traded. Wow. Were you researching both of those trades?

It's definitely. Two blue jackets trades.

Wow. Start us off. But. Do you have any overall takes that you want to share with our listeners?

The biggest one honestly is that all the talent flowed last this year.

After last year and really two years were a lot of talent flowed east it's interesting how that works

how just seems like it just happens in a conference where it's like oh all the

teams have decided we are buying this year and then everyone tries to one up each other and then you get to the

end and it's like six or seven teams in the West made big-time purchases then you go

east and it's like the Bruins who've been top five in the point standings all season didn't make any moves.

Well they didn't have anything to move in Florida made a couple kind of tertiary moves but

nothing notable. The Leafs kind of sat it out
