I knew that he was trying to get back in the league and I knew he'd been interviewed for some

positions in the past but how how recent were these interviews? I guess it was

unstated I don't remember hearing this at the time but they did say that he was on the list for the blues when they fired Barube a few weeks ago.

Yeah, and there had just been rumblings in the past when teams were making coaching changes that he was under consideration.

So I figured he was going to come back at some point.

I didn't really expect it to be in the middle of the season and right now.

But you know, it's a very Lou Lamorello sort of move.

Two interesting personalities working together, but...

So what do you think of him as a coach? like I have I mean I have some opinions some of them are a bit mixed but I figured that you would have somewhat of a take on him.

I don't know it's it was hard to assess his time in Colorado because they weren't a very good roster for a lot of his time there. I mean they had the one good season when his first year when he won the Jack Adams. Which was super lucky. Super lucky.

Crazy high shooting percentage and like a high save percent, all that kind of stuff.

They had a bunch of good young players.

Yeah.

But didn't have much on defense.
