Well, the Michael Jackson biopic Michael is sweeping the nation. It had a $200 million

opening weekend. My wife and I went to see it, and it brought up some interesting questions,

none of which were really in the movie. Hi, everybody. I'm Bill Whittle here with Steve Green and Scott Ott.

And guys, this is certainly not about the movie, which is entertaining, if you like the music.

Essentially, it's all fleshy organs and no skeleton, but certainly got your feet tapping.

That's the review of the movie.

Now, mostly I did that so we could get the thumbnail on there.

The bigger question that I would like to ask about this is about the nature of genius.

And you may not be a fan of Michael Jackson's music, and you certainly may not be a fan of his

lifestyle, but the man was a musical genius. And watching him make this music was really entertaining,

especially since they played a lot of it.

But here's two questions that I really would like to get to guys.

And the first one's actually, I think, pretty simple.

So I'll ask you both.

Then I'll ask you the tougher one.

The first question is, what are your opinions on the difference between the art and the artist?

The allegations against Michael Jackson seemed to have been pretty substantial and pretty

well substantiated and a great deal of that was pretty horrific.

Does that color the way you listen to his music?

It colors the way I did and still do.

And at the same time, when Michael Jackson died, he's one of the very few people.

I could probably count five or six total, who I remember where I was when he died.
