My role other than my position has been to wow our customers.

And now you coach business clients I do and our goal is to

wow our customers because when people are wow they will tell their friends now

Oh, the Andy's mints. Oh, yeah yeah so we scrapped our old butter mints and

replaced them with better mints. So you're saying we used to have butter mints

in the elephant in the room mints grooming lounge? Yeah you know those like soft

round ones.

And why did we replace them with the Andes mints?

Because the Andes are what the people are asking for.

They are something that goes above and beyond.

Andes might cost more.
