Michael Michael and Joanne League of Puyallup, Washington, our parents have a couple of children, Dennis and Danielle.

Raising them was rocky, at best. Neighbors have estimated that the police have come to the league home well over 150 times throughout the years.

Dennis and Danielle grew up, had kids of their own, but they still both in their mid-40s live at home with their parents.

Danielle, a schizophrenic and drug addict. And schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder that causes the person to interpret reality abnormally.

It's possible to have some combination of delusions, hallucinations, and overall distorted thinking.

And without proper and consistent treatment, the average daily living can be near impossible. So that's what Danielle was dealing with. And Dennis was very violent and an alcoholic. He also had two young

sons living with him, his sister, and his parents in the league home. Over the years, Michael and

Joanne would drive Dennis and Danielle to appointments, have medical

health checkups, take them to rehab, give them a place to live, food to eat, and what they

got in return was abuse.

They would beat their parents, verbally abuse them, drain their bank accounts, and steal anything

they could get away with, all fueled by drugs and alcohol.
