Summary

Michael Johnson may be a retired sprinter, but his journey is far from over. From settling into a new, slightly less stress filled life (still rammed packed full of goals and challenges) to using his platform to fight systemic racism, via a stroke - Michael isn’t accepting retirement to mean that it’s time to sit back and relax. Ian Marber joins us to talk about nutrition, and how to start paying into your nutritional pension.
