I'm just going to say it, I'm a fully signed-up Michael Douglas super fan after this conversation. He's a hairdresser and entrepreneur with over 35 years in the beauty industry, and how Michael and I have never 'properly' met despite our years in the same space is beyond me but thank goodness we put that right by 'meeting' for this conversation.
It's not an exaggeration to say that a lot of what Michael said really stayed with me after we spoke; his thoughts on karma, forgiveness and apologising gave me pause for thought and were really helpful in helping me get clarity on some of my own 'life stuff'.
We covered a lot of ground in this chat and perhaps what I loved the most was that he was happy to answer anything, to explore any subject in a way that was unguarded and very real.
