And so it's interesting to hear about the success of a Midwestern agent

because so much of these top producing stories and

top producer stories that get publicized are these guys selling on the East and the West

coast. And it's always kind of interesting when I hear an agent in a market. And we have

lots of coaching clients in both markets, but it is interesting how the clients that have these

huge average sale prices, they never talk about the units they sold.

They always talk about the dollar volume. So you're in Michigan. I'm originally, I originally

from Ohio, and we're just the opposite, right? So we'll talk about the fact that you sold hundreds

of homes. But we don't want to know anyone that the total combined value of the hundreds of homes

is equivalent to three of the transactions from the guys in, you know, L.A. or something. But any event, thank you for being my co-host today.
