I've been broadcasting on this podcast for the last two weeks in the city of Kitchener,

Ontario, which is about an hour from Toronto.

I've been here just for a little while helping with some family matters.

And there comes a time in every young-ish Torontonian's life when they start thinking,

well, what does my future look like?

Am I going to live in Toronto and increasingly expensive city?

A city where it's very hard to afford to buy any property?

You know, like what if I start looking at some of the suburbs or some of the

some of the neighboring cities?

And my family has been in Kitchener for about 15 years,

ever since I graduated high school.

And I can tell you that this city has been ruined for me.

This is, you know, and I'm I'm allowed to say this because I basically am a Kitchener right at this point.

You have Kitchener privilege?

Exactly, Kitchener's in my blood.

And so don't disrespect to Kitchener Waterloo listeners.
