I am your host, Megan Schuster, and we are here today to preview the Miami Grand Prix.

That's right. For the first time in five-ish weeks, we are about to be at a real racetrack again

with real drivers and real racing happening. It's all very exciting. Before we get into that,

we have some other headlines to run through and joining me to dig into everything as Spanners. Spanners, we're still back.

Are we going to talk about the before times, Megan, from the long, long ago, with the room-brums.

Do you remember the room-brums?

I've burned, I've burned all the records from the last five weeks. I'm pretending like they didn't happen.

They are a memory hold for me forever.

So I thought this was just a regulations and Stefano Diminicali quote podcast.

I mean, it is. It still is. So we have more of that to discuss today. You promise.

So fortunately and unfortunately. But yes, we do have we do have other things to talk about finally

because it has been a long cold winter in F1 land, for sure. Before we get into Miami, we do have more Dominicali news. He gave another interview to the race this past week about how things are going this season. You can hear or watch the full thing in podcast form on the race's website.

They also have some snippets going around, but there are a few interesting things, I think,

to highlight from their discussion. Stefano, of course, is endlessly positive about how the

2026 regulations and rules are being received by the broader public, which is his job, to be fair,

is to promote his racing series in a positive light.

So I can't exactly fault him for this.
