You know, I turned 33 this year, and I got to get a big shout out to my partner, Jake.

He's the one that I'm developing the San Antonio Hotel on.

He's one of the most thoughtful and just smart and kind of just intuitive people. And for my 33rd birthday, he got me a Larry Bird jersey because I said,

this is going to be my year where I ball out. Larry Bird's jersey number was 33,

and as I'm looking back and kind of reflecting on the year,
