I'm your host, with my co-host and business partner, Charles D. Hart. Charles, how you doing

today, my friend? Doing good. How are you? Good, good, man. I'm excited, man. We've got a little,

we've got a little change of scenery today. We're going to have a guest in the show. Rather than you and I, battling back and forth about the park business, we're actually going to bring a guest on the show,

which is pretty exciting. So hopefully all the listeners will appreciate that as well.

You know, this is something that we've been talking about for a while. We've had a few guests on

the show over the last 40 episodes that we've done. And so over the past couple weeks, we've really put a little bit more of an effort

towards finding guests that are active in the business to bring along.
