Guys, are you familiar with the men going their own way movement, M-G-T-O-W movement?

I have heard of this in the past, but it got brought back up today and showed up on a discussion

between another YouTuber and I got to be honest, I deep dived it really hard. And I have my own

opinions on it. And I want to get into that. So at its core, it is a philosophy where men are

choosing to disengage partially or fully from relationships with women, especially marriage,

some in terms of like living together and long-term romantic commitments. There is no

single doctrine leader or shared path. It's just some men simply avoiding marriage,

others choosing not to date altogether. And then a smaller subset frames it as a full rejection

of modern social contracts altogether involving women and family life.

This is almost like the 4B movement but for men and it's been around since like 2020.

So anyways, many men who are gravitating towards the MGTOW describe their choice as a response

to pain, betrayal, or perceived systemic imbalances.

Divorce courts, custody outcomes, alimony laws, and false accusations are just some of the fears

commonly cited.
