9. That's what we do. That's how we do what we get. Our numbers all mixed up because they're

different podcasts. It doesn't matter. What matters is that you're here and we're here and we're here and we have to talk about the signs again to start. So the current situation is that yesterday Michigan, the Wednesday, Michigan delivered a response to the big ten.

Yesterday that letter became public, it's up on the site. Our local

lawyer guys think that it's a very good letter. I've read it it seems pretty

compelling. After that letter was published we start getting

chatter coming out from the Big Ten that was supposed to act Thursday they do not

act Thursday they may act today, but if they act today, it's a court

holiday, it is the day before the Penn State game, if they try to suspend Jim Harbaw at this point,

it seems likely that a court will give

Michigan a temporary restraining order just based on the timing without

even considering the arguments.

Big Ten has backed itself into a corner here and we'll see where it goes. Now, other than the legal wrangling, nothing really has happened since.

So there's no more Conner Stallion's revelations except for the vacuum thing,

which isn't relevant.

There's no more these teams changed, exchanging signs stuff coming out.

The Feldman article that I was hopeful would be useful was about wakey leaks which doesn't really

seem very useful and the only thing that's happened is that local sports

talk radio brought on a golf guy

who said that Michigan can prove that nine other big 10 teams

were doing off-campus scouting like Carter Stallions.
