So USC enters with a explosive offense and a questionable defense.

But I guess we'll start with the offense, which has really taken off after going to

Jane Maiva late last year, replacing Miller Moss.

Now, Maiva didn't have a great finish to last season, but he has been on fire

so far this year, 11.3 yards in attempt, a 70% completion rate.

And he's throwing a lot to Mackay Lemon, who might be the second wide receiver off the board in this year's NFL draft.

Very intimidating for a defense that has not gone up against this quality of wide receiver and quarterback combined since last year's Ohio State game, which worked out fairly well, 13 to 10. Well, you know who else? You know who else is very quality? Very 1310. Who else is very quality? You know who else I would describe as 13? Yes, there you go. So, Alex, what are your thoughts about the Trojan offense? Well, they look pretty good. They're number one in SP Plus at the moment. I don't know if that will hold up as they face better

defenses because they haven't played one really yet. Illinois, I guess, is the best and they don't

grade out super well at the moment. But Lincoln Riley's track record of Oly's having a top

fight-ish unit is pretty well established at this point. And there's a lot of good players on this team.

I think it's worth just talking about how things are a little different than last year.

Myava in for Moss is the most notable one, but they also have shake-ups with their receiving

personnel.
