Well, the most recent basketball game that was important for Michigan was UCLA beating Illinois.

Sure, but that was, like, so they played Duke, and I'm watching watching this game and I'm like, you know what?

This doesn't matter.

It's not like either team is going to fall off the one line by winning or losing.

Right.

The number one quote unquote overall seed still doesn't matter.

Like there's no, nobody is competing for the same regionals or super regionals.

Well, you could end up in Philadelphia instead of Buffalo, which I guess for Michigan means. Who cares?

Well, for Michigan, because Buffalo is within four hours, the NCAA would not pay them back if they get a flight.

So they'd have to either, like, pay for their own charter, which I'm sure Michigan's got enough money for a charter.

I don't. This is your bid for relevance for this game, and it's not going well. Right. So it's a very strange situation where, you know, usually at this point in the year, if you're a good team, we're like, well, I'm jockeying for some sort of position. Mm-hmm. And there was no jockeying for position that happened in the Duke game.

Well, yeah.

But it's going to feel bad when we're not number one all of a sudden. Yeah, I don't give a shit about that. Yeah. But so let's start with Purdue. Michigan goes into Mackey, has a 50 start personally delivered by Fletcher lawyer.

Right.

And you're like, oh, no, this is what happened last year.

And then they go on an extended 42 to 17 first half run, end up, up 20 points.

And then they take that into halftime up 16.

And I think we have to talk about Mackey itself.
