pre-show folks we tend to to keep that from you but and we're gonna do our

best to keep that from me today but Preyce was drawn out simply because there were a lot of technical issues on this end

like not having any audio which when you're doing a podcast it's really kind of a bad thing John

so with that in mind, let's just dive right in and see if we can get into the groove of this thing
