So, John, did you order a new iPhone 4S?

No. Okay. I was just curious. Well I'll tell you why. Yeah go. Well I

I certainly could but I would probably have to pay about 600 bucks.

Oh right because your contract is still right my contract is up for renewal or I can get a new device at the subsidized price, I believe, October 2012.

Okay.

So, and you know honestly, I mean the 4S, I like the 4S, it does what I need I thought the four S feature some of them were

compelling especially the the camera yeah but um and I think the other thing

though it's been a, the potential for having it be a world phone

also seems interesting, but the more I read, the more that I see that it's not as easy as that that you don't necessarily have

full capability on both CDMA and GSM you're still kind of locked into

however you're locked in with right or that's what I hear is that you can't just, depending on who you're with,

like for example, I think they may not necessarily enable the GSM functionality if you get it from

CDMA, either Verizon or Sprint or both CDMA right so

I believe that's correct yeah so they may not enable the GSM or it may or I guess

they call it locking or the phone may be locked where it would be difficult

without doing something after the fact.

So, but those were the two, I think the two big things to that the, that, uh, not that I travel much in GSM areas of you know if I do turn
