Summary

Welcome to the Multi-FAMILY zone podcast, where business meets family. The hosts of the show, Julia and Gino Barbaro, have been married for over twenty years, and have six children. Julia homeschools the children, and recently became a marriage and life coach to help couples become better communicators and help enrich their lives. The couple is constantly asked about how they balance their entrepreneurial and real estate journey while raising their kids. The Multi-FAMILY zone was created to address these questions, along with a host of questions from the Jake and Gino community. Julia and Gino share stories of their children growing up and how these interactions with their kids helped shape who they are today. Gino discusses the other pandemic that is slowly overtaking society, the assault on the family, and daughters who are being neglected by their fathers. Dads, it’s up to you to stand up and fight for your daughters! It is your duty to show them that you are the leader, you are the authority figure in their life and it is up to you to protect your daughter against all the evils in this world. Your job is to protect them, raise their level of expectation for their life, show your true love and admiration for them, and sometimes, just be there for them when they are going through a rough time. It is the most important job you will ever have! I love the quote from the book Strong Fathers, Strong Daughters “A hero is doing what is right even in the midst of anguish.” Sometimes, dads have to do what is right, even though it may not be the popular decision, but your daughter will thank you in the long run. 0:43.9	they're supposed to do. I'm going to give some statistics real quick to see how detrimental it is
0:49.8	if you are not a strong authority figure. If you're not a strong figure in your daughter's life it's
0:55.0	crucial there's never too late you can always reconnect with your daughter obviously when she's
1:04.0	growing up and she's little she's going to have that that map of you and real real quick everybody
1:13.4	if you want your daughter to marry a great person,
1:19.0	a great guy, you have to be that great guy because you're the first role model in their life.
1:23.3	You're going to be with them forever. So you have to be that role model for them. Yeah,
1:33.5	you're their first love, right? Isn't that sweet? Yeah, and I want to talk, too, about just how we as wives, as mothers, just as women can support men and just, you know, just remind them that we need them, that we need them
1:40.7	to be great dads and great husbands, just great men in our life.

1:45.7	We need to encourage them.
1:47.3	And it's so important right now that we do that.
