I'm here with the co-founder of Jake and Gino, my husband and co-host,

Gino Barbaro.

Julia, that was a great introduction. How are you doing? I'm good.

This is going to be an interesting podcast, everybody. I am the co-host because Julia is the host.

She's driving the podcast today. So what are we talking about?

Well, we're talking about marriage relationships and

strengthening them. That's why she's hosting it and I'm the co-host. Because you don't know what we're

talking about. I'm the one here with all the notes and you just kind of just peek off my notes.

That's right. You know what? All your real estate investors out there, that's what we do, right?

We get the smart people. We sit next to them and we cheat and we work together. That's what

businesses is all about. Well, okay. So you want to go first?

So I can tell you how to weaken a relationship. Let's start by that. So I'll start out with a great story.

We were married probably a year, a little, maybe six months, and I was working at the restaurant.

My wife was pregnant.

And I remember I was working really hard, six days a week, and I was building a house and I was living in my mom's

basement. Okay, hold on. It was, it was not a basement. It was a beautiful apartment that they built

while we were engaged, okay, with granite countertops. Okay. It's still a basement. It's still not on the main level.

It's just, okay. Okay. It's not a cave, everybody. We had running water. I didn't have to run in the backyard
