They mean a tremendous amount to me. I've got lots more about the human race to tell you about,

but first, I want to give you a highlight of what's coming. While I haven't been producing

few months, don't think they haven't been rolling around in my head. I've done more running in the last

year than any other year. And when I look at the hours, I've spent more time in the company of

more runners than ever before. That means they've given me lots of ideas, many things that we need to talk about.

I want to give you a highlight of a few of the next podcast, the topics that I have coming up in

Over the past six months, I've heard and read online and on blogs, et cetera, and in various

Facebook groups, where people describe a bad run and say, I need some advice on how to change

my nutrition because I think that's the problem.

And then a lengthy discussion ensues about gels, gos, and all manner of nutrition.
