The New York Mets take care of business.

They sweep the angels of Anaheim.

It wasn't easy.

It wasn't pretty.

It took some lock in the final game of this series. It took some

horrific umpiring as the Mets held down for Dear Life in one six to three. In the first two games

of this series, it featured comebacks. It featured some terrible Angels defense. But the one

thing I've learned over the course of 162 games is beggars can't be choosers.

So I'm not going to sit here for an hour and tell you about how lucky the Mets are.

Were the Mets lucky?

Sure.

Absolutely.

Luck plays a part of baseball.

And there was some luck involved in the three wins they got against the Angels.

But over the course of 162 games,

you take your wins and you run with them.
