what a summer. I was in Indianapolis for the WMBA All-Star festivities, and I can't wait to

In case you missed last week's episode, it was all about women's track and field with our guest,

Nea Gibson from Flow Track. We dove into this track season specifically in the top names you should

keep your eye on while also giving flowers to greats like Shelley and Fraser Price as she takes

her last lap before she retires. It was awesome. We also discussed the growth of women's track and field

and how more paid opportunities have sprouted for professional track athletes since last year's

Paris Olympics. I also want to remind you, competing in an individual sport has its pros and

cons for sure, and we get into all of that. A lot of these athletes have to pay their own way, and not only do they only get compensation

if they place or they win, that's a problem, especially if they're not sponsored, but it's

all changing and growing, which is really exciting.
