holidays. Merry Christmas for those who celebrate and for those of us who have a complicated relationship maybe now with Christmas, which is the topic of today's episode.

Today we're talking about navigating Christmas, navigating.

I don't know if any of you, if all of you saw,

but I did an anonymous question box on Instagram

and had people write in anonymous questions

and someone wrote in and said you use the word

navigate too much L-M-A-L and now I notice every time I say that word which to be fair is a lot. But I love the word and I should probably

look up some synonyms to kind of widen my vocabulary when I'm trying to say something

akin to navigate, but for now navigate it is. Anyway, we are talking about navigating

Christmas as post- Mormons, potentially as people in a faith crisis, and also potentially as people who have

who have deconstructed or stepped away from Christianity.

And I had some people right in when I was asking you all to send in questions or thoughts about this episode and they said
