Haley Rawl, your host. Today I have a wonderful conversation with one of my dear

friends Lucy Hutchins.

Lucy and I are actually talking about friendship.

I brought Lucy on for this episode specifically,

very thoughtfully, because Lucy is such a wonderful friend. she is so wise, she is so insightful, I knew

she would have really good thoughts and advice on this topic and she definitely does.

She also shares her own story of leaving Mormonism, deconstructing the faith.

It is such a rich story.

I learned so much from hearing her talk about it so we talk about her story

and then jump into the questions that you all submitted and talk about friendship

and what it's like to be mostly a woman.

We are mostly talking about female friendships,

but we do touch on male friendships as well.

But we talk about what it's like to be an adult,

to be figuring out friendships, to be finding friends,

especially if there's a faith transition element

or if you've moved.

This is something that, as I've mentioned before, I've kind of been working through in my own life,

and I've had a lot of friendship shifts in this past year.

So it felt very timely, and if you are out there trying to figure out the friendship stuff you are not alone I think I say that a billion times in today's episode
